In Time Design now offers a strong sustainable building with high-quality materials, English craftsmanship, and a clean stylish leading architectural design meaning you can safely pass on these spaces to future generations.

All of our insulated spaces feature the same class-leading levels of thermal performance and structural strength as residential specifications. We achieve this through the use of the same modern specification materials. This ensures a solid feel to your space and longevity for your investment.

All classrooms are fully insulated & come with suspended ceilings with LED panel lighting, heating, electrical sockets, IT requirements, carpet and vinyl flooring and Fibreboard walls decorated to your desired colour.

A sustainable classroom complete with a timber cedar exterior a warm fun interior, full-height sliding doors & ceiling skylights offer the students a light, fresh & stress-free natural environment to help kids learn & maximise their potential.

Wall Structure 125mm
Modern galvanised steel structural core material, creating a solid, long-lasting, fire and weather resistant structure with efficient thermal performance, a superior construction method compared to dated timber building techniques. ECO low concrete semi-permanent foundations.

Internal Finish Our classrooms have plasterboard walls and a ceiling, with a skimmed finish decorated as desired.

Electrics Electrical power points throughout with LED lighting illuminating the room with a cool & softer light. Panel heaters / air con units or underfloor heating will keep the building warm in the winter months.

Plumbing Toilets, showers & sink basins ideal for art studios, creative play, or office space.

Internal Flooring Finish
Hard-wearing commercial grade carpet tiles & anti-slip vinyl flooring with entrance matting on door entry.

Windows & Doors Our UPVC & Aluminium windows & doors have not only been designed with looks in mind but performance and efficiency too. Each frame incorporates a ‘thermal-break’ to insulate the doors against heat loss, raise the internal temperature of your home and help reduce the risk of condensation. The thermal break allows the doors to achieve u-values as low as 1.6 W/m2K

The strong, thermally efficient system has been tested to the highest standards within water and wind resistance and air-tightness.

External Finishing Our style is clean, minimal, low maintenance and timeless.  A modern approach which lends itself to work seamlessly along side older characterful buildings.

Our stunning natural larch timber cladding sourced locally, it’s sealed clear for longevity which prevents the timber from decay or stained in a variety of translucent colours with high-quality plastisol or galv powder coated steel fascia's & trims depending on your preference.

Roof Structure We use both EDPM & Insulated metal roofing sheets, we usually user the insulated roof sheet as this system offers a stronger protective shield for falling branches and other debris in a storm which could potentially penetrate the thin rubber layer, it is also perfect for adding solar panels without adding fixings points which can leak.

Our highly insulated classrooms are constructed using the latest building materials and progressive insulation for all year-round use.
